- Additional time uses the original booking’s labour fee.
- Materials: 2.5% handling fee only, deducted from your payout.
- All our fees include any applicable VAT on our fees.
- No separate customer booking fee at launch.
Registering interest does not start your six-month offer. Founding eligibility is confirmed during provider approval. Your own VAT obligations are separate.

Is Tapaska taking bookings yet?
Not yet. We’re recruiting our first local providers and preparing the booking, payment and notification systems. We’ll contact registered providers as the launch progresses.
Do I set my own prices?
Yes. You set your hourly and daily rates. Tapaska shows the fee deduction and your payout. A day is eight hours including a 30-minute lunch break. Hourly bookings start at one hour, but you can set a higher minimum.
Do I have to accept every job?
No. You choose whether to accept requests. Once you accept a booking, customers will rely on you to honour that commitment.
How does the founding-provider offer work?
Eligible providers receive a 15% labour fee for six calendar months from provider account registration, subject to approval. Then the standard 20% rate applies to new bookings. Joining this interest list does not start the six-month period.
What checks will I need?
Checks depend on your service and will be explained before approval. You may need to provide relevant qualifications and insurance evidence. Payment onboarding also involves identity and bank verification.
Will I be guaranteed work?
No. Availability of jobs will depend on customer demand, your service area, rates and availability. This form registers interest rather than promising bookings.
